Today, Schoser Talent and Wellness Solutions brings together human-centered AI education and application building, SHIFT, workplace wellness, Rooted & Rising career support, speaking, practical tools, and decades of technology experience. I work with people who want to understand AI without being talked down to, organizations that want healthier and more sustainable ways of working, people navigating career change, and leaders trying to move through change without forgetting the humans living through it.

I still bring deep HR systems and UKG Recruiting & Onboarding experience to clients who need it. It is part of my expertise - it is simply no longer the whole story.
